League Prints collects limited personal and business information necessary to provide design and print services, which may include:

  • Organization, league, or school name

2. Information Related to Minors

League Prints does not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors under the age of 13.

Although our products may feature youth sports teams or school programs, all projects are submitted and managed by adult representatives (such as league volunteers, coaches, administrators, or parents acting on behalf of an organization).

Any names, images, or likenesses of minors included in print materials are provided by the Client at their direction. League Prints does not independently collect, solicit, or market to minors.

  • Prepare custom quotes and manage orders

  • Design, produce, and deliver print products

  • Communicate regarding approvals, timelines, and project status

  • Process invoices and payments

4. Use of Finished Work for Promotion

League Prints may display completed design and print products for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, proposals, presentations, or sales materials.

This use is limited to showcasing our services and does not involve selling personal information or using content for unrelated commercial purposes. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided—including images or names of identifiable individuals, including minors—has been shared with proper authorization and consent.

  • Printing and production partners

  • Shipping and logistics providers

  • Payment processors

  • Professional advisors (such as accounting or legal services)

All third parties are expected to use information solely for the purpose of completing contracted services.

League Prints takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
