Terms of Service
League Prints – Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all design, printing, and related services provided by League Prints (“LP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you”). By approving a quote, signing an agreement, or submitting payment, Client agrees to these Terms.
1. Custom Quotes & Pricing
All League Prints projects are quoted on a custom basis based on project specifications, quantities, timelines, materials, and shipping requirements. While League Prints makes every reasonable effort to honor the quoted price, all quotes are estimates and subject to adjustment as outlined in these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
Downpayment:
A 50% non-refundable downpayment is due upon acceptance of the quote and prior to project commencement.
Final Balance:
The remaining 50% balance is due upon Client approval of the final design and before the project is released to print.
Client Content Submission & Project Start:
League Prints begins the design process only after all required project content has been submitted in full by the Client.
Required content may include, but is not limited to:

Final text and copy
-
Images, logos, and artwork
-
Team rosters, names, and related details

Specifications or special instructions
Partial submissions, rolling deliveries, or placeholder content may delay the start of design and production timelines.
Client acknowledges that:
Project schedules and delivery dates are dependent on timely and complete content submission. Delays in providing content may result in adjusted timelines and may trigger rush fees if expedited production is requested. League Prints is not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from incomplete or late content submission. Once design work has begun, changes resulting from late or revised content may require additional design time and may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
League Prints reserves the right to pause or delay production if payment milestones are not met.
3. Design & Pre-Press Services
Pre-Press Support:
League Prints provides standard pre-press setup and file preparation at no additional cost, including layout adjustments, sizing, and print-readiness checks.
Custom Design Services:
Design work beyond pre-press preparation (including original layouts, revisions beyond basic adjustments, or creative design requests) is billed at $25 per hour, unless otherwise specified in the quote.
4. Shipping & Included Costs
Shipping and standard design services are included in the quoted estimate, unless otherwise noted.
Any changes to delivery method, destination, or scope may result in additional charges.
5. Pricing Adjustments
Fuel & Carrier Costs:
Pricing is subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel surcharges, shipping carrier fees, or transportation costs beyond League Prints’ control. If adjustments are required, League Prints will communicate changes prior to final invoicing whenever possible.
6. Rush Orders & Timeline Responsibilities
Standard production timelines assume that Client meets all required milestones, including timely submission of content, approvals, and payments.
A rush order fee of 20–30% may apply if:

Client delays approvals or deliverables, or An accelerated production timeline is requested after project commencement.

Rush fees are determined based on production impact and vendor requirements.
7. Product Inspection & Damage Claims

Client must inspect all delivered products upon receipt.

Any damaged or defective products must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
8. Limitation of Liability
League Prints is not responsible for delays, damages, or cost increases resulting from third-party carriers, suppliers, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the project.
9. Portfolio & Promotional Use of Work
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Client grants League Prints a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and reference completed design and print materials for portfolio, promotional, marketing, sales, and demonstration purposes.
This may include, but is not limited to:

Social media channels

Marketing materials and proposals

Sales presentations and demonstrations
League Prints will not sell, license, or distribute Client materials to third parties for unrelated commercial use. Client retains ownership of all original content provided and acknowledges responsibility for securing any necessary permissions, releases, or approvals for content involving identifiable individuals, including minors. Clients may request in writing that their project not be used for promotional purposes prior to final delivery.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Approval of a quote, payment of any invoice, or submission of a project for production constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
